Terms and Conditions

Please make sure to have read the ORDER GUIDELINES and have your Shipping Address COMPLETE to avoid confusion and delay on deliveries.

1.CONFIRMATION is expected within 24 hours after completing the order. No email of changes or cancellation means that order is FINAL.

2. Another 24 hours lead time to make the payment from order being confirmed (24 hours after order was made). 

2. We ship order NEXT business day after payment is verified.
- Within Metro Manila/NCR, Courier DELIVERS in 4-5 days.
- For OUTSIDE of Metro Manila, Courier DELIVERS in 5-7 days.

3. We DO NOT ship on Weekends and Holidays.

4.IMPORTANT REMINDER: In order for your payment to get verified:

- Full Name
- Order Number
- Total Amount Paid
- Payment Method
- Copy of Reference code for Money Remittance of Payment slip if paid thru bank deposit.

We are not liable for any DELAYS in delivery by the courier. Should your package not arrive on time, kindly do let us know and we will be more than happy to assist you in following up with the courier.
